On Campus Housing (no longer available)

SPP10 is proud to offer on campus housing, space is limited so please register early. This will provide an excellent opportunity for networking and social interaction. On campus housing is open to students and faculty.

All rooms will be single occupancy with individual or shared bathroom facilities. Price includes room and all meals beginning the evening of Sunday May 21, 2023 through the morning of Friday May 26, 2023.

If you cannot attend the entire conference for any reason, we will not be able to prorate your registration fees or on campus housing fees.

Single Occupancy Room and Meals for 5 nights on Campus – $430

For planning purposes please arrange your flights to adhere to these check in and check requirements.

- - Check-in: Sunday May 21, 3pm to 7pm in the Anderson-Clarke Building
  - Check-out: Friday May 26, 12pm to 1pm in the Wiese Commons Building

Off Campus Housing

If you have mobility issues or prefer not to walk, all nearby hotels should offer free shuttles that will drop you off at the Rice University Anderson-Clarke Center for the conference. Please arrange shuttle service with the hotel well in advance of when you need it.

Please say you are attending the SPP10 Conference at Rice University when booking your room.

The InterContinental Houston – Medical Center is our preferred conference hotel. It is located less than one mile from the conference venue.
