Participants from countries where a visa is required for USA entry are encouraged to submit their abstract well before the abstract deadline.
To obtain a letter of invitation please submit an email along with your abstract to spp10@rice.edu.

The Conference Administrators and Rice University will be happy to assist participants with simple visa matters like a letter of invitation to the conference. This letter will be much stronger if it refers to a title of a submitted abstract. Please indicate if you need a visa letter when you submit your abstract.
